The full width slider on this page was used on several recent projects.
It features the main image the width of the content area ~ 960 pixels.
To the the left and right of the main image is the previous and next images that loop indefinitely.
None of the existing WordPress plugin sliders that I could find, worked the way the designer wanted. Several came close but lacked several key design elements.
Originally I found a jQuery slider that fits the specification that I needed. The IOS Slider, that is used on this page is touch enabled, responsive and works on most devices.
The slider on this page was switched to using the WordPress Meta Slider and is hooked into genesis_after_header, which allows it to span the entire width of the browser and yet is fully responsive.
For best viewing purposes open this page on full width desktop. For responsive mode check on your mobile device or narrow the width to see effect.
